Violation of these policies will result in immediate account termination and forfeiture of any remaining credits.

• Non-Refundable: All purchases of Credits are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or in cases of demonstrable system failure (e.g., charge without credit delivery).

The Service may occasionally produce artifacts, distortions, or results that do not perfectly match the reference motion or input photo.Such outcomes are inherent to the technology and are not grounds for refunds unless the result is a complete system failure.

Third-Party Links: We are not responsible for the content, availability, or policies of third-party websites (e.g., TikTok, YouTube) linked or processed through our Service.

7. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, ViralDance.ai shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages. Our total liability for any claim arising out of these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the past six months.
